3. Don't rp in more than 3 topics at any one time

4. Dont rp until you've been approved.

5. Dont make characters that dont exist yet [Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura etc]

6. No God Modding. Its irritating

7. No advertising except in the Advertising section. So no pestering people with pms or spamming the cb.

8. Dont insult people or start fights. No-one wants to hear it.

9. Don't bother the admin about becoming an admin yourself. If you deserve the spot, it'll be given to you.

10. No racism, sexism, ageism or anything of the kind.

11. Only ONE person can have the Rin'negan, NO EXCEPTIONS!!! Even if the person gives you permission, only said person can have the Rin'negan.

12. There is a limit to the different ranks. There can be an infinite number of Privates, 10 Sergeants, 5 Captains, 2 Commanders and 1 General. Generals and Country Leaders are not the same people. Generals are the Country Leaders second-in-commands.
